The pack includes the original game, 3 extensive expansions, and an improved version of Adventure. The shooter tells the story of a government agent who is both brutal and sarcastic. The plot directly continues the story of the previous part. Events start in Los Angeles, when the Earth is attacked by an alien race that abducts women. They intend to use their bodies as incubators. Old Duke is out on the warpath, eager to bring the pretty girls back down to earth.
