Click a folder into which you want downloads to save. It's in the bottom-right corner of the window. This will choose the folder you clicked as the default location for any subsequent downloads. And allocate less to others? You can even change the download and upload limits of each torrent individually. It means that there are more other people sharing it online. Unless it has more peers than seeders. In that case, you might experience a prolonged download. That usually happens when a particular torrent is particularly sought after. Are you using just Internet Explorer or Firefox to download?
